Improvement Projects

Fencing

• Install permanent 6'x200' fence to replace temporary fencing
• Install windscreen for new fences
• Field 2 Safety: raise fence and install gate
• Create Agri-Lime Warning Tracks (Warning Tracks are an integral safety component of baseball and softball fields whether they are natural grass or synthetic turf fields. Their sole purpose is to keep athletes safe by warning them they are close to the edge of the field and approaching a fence or wall.)
• Re-work Sprinkler System and re-seed as needed due to fencing

Dugouts & Press Box

• Install window in Press Box to prevent water damage and to be able to store equipment without worrying about leaking
• Replace water damaged floor
• Replace tin with maroon on Fields 1 and 2 to show Hawley colors
• Collaborating with school to cover costs on repairs & window 
  

Scoreboard

• Install 5' x8' Everbrite Scoreboard on Field 2
• Currently no scoreboard (electronic or manual) scoreboard available for spectators or umps 
  

Drainage

• New Agri-Lime 6 x 1500
• Grade catching areas and spectator areas to better drain
• Pour slab in spectator areas between Fields 1 and 2 to help prevent water from draining onto the fields

 
Broadcasting

• New Sound System
• Run LAN line to allow Live Streaming and radio broadcasting on Field 1

 
Signage

• Install Record Board & Team Successes on Dugout 1
• Install Donors Signage on Dugout 2

• Install Field Lights on Field 1
• Collaborate and fund-raise with baseball and Hawley Booster Club
